Hi Everyone

I have a element that has a push input, one pull output one push output. 
How could I write it in metapost?
 

This didn't work: velementit.samp(btex \element{XXX(...)} etex, 1, 4, push_to_push_pull);

p.s. Bart , Thank you for your useful tip :-) . Well, the reason I asked 
Eddie for his file in his thesis is I didn't find diagram for Fig.14 in 
TOCS paper.
