Hi Scott,

It is now approximately 6 months since your mail :) , but you had seemed
interested, so: Click now supports dynamic linking on Mac OS 10.3.  Anyone
who wants this support should update their package's Makefile.in based on
etc/samplepackage/Makefile.in.
