[Click] can click support smp on mips system

	i have run click on x86 system with smp support. but when i tried to put it on our mips 
system, i met some problem. during compiling i got such an error,
	
	../include/click/sync.hh:43:3: #error "no multithread support for non i386 click"
	
	so can click support smp on non i386 system? or is there some solution to that?
