[click] configuration to HTML

Hi,

One of the things I'm working on is a Click-configuration-to-HTML program.
Hopefully when this is done, we can put up a bunch of Click configurations
on the Web site to help people learn. The current tool produces Web pages
like http://www.pdos.lcs.mit.edu/click/doc/fake-iprouter.html (NB: If you
are using Mozilla or IE, you can move your mouse over things and get
helpful tool tips.)

Have you got any suggestions for what this tool should do?
