Preliminary news... for cisco 2600 series

This is only rated at 25,000 small packets/sec, or 40 usec/packet.

I only seem to be able to pump 23..24,000 through it consistently.

This is good news, as this fastest througput for a $2,000 router is
pretty lame compared to the 40,000 pps we get on super cheap PCs.

I'm going to try to see how much I can make it fall down now by
turning on more features, but thought I should share the preliminary
comparison.
