[Click] clicky unknown element class

Hi Markku,

I see now what's going on. Those errors about "unknown element class" 
can often be ignored; Clicky is telling you that the current Click 
*userlevel install* doesn't understand that element class. Sorry for the 
confusion.

By /usr/sh do you mean /bin/sh?
