[Click] making openflowclick on a patchless kernel

It looks like the OpenFlow Click elements are not ready for Click 2.0.

Yogesh, would you accept moving these elements into the mainline packages 
repository, under the Click license?  Then it's more likely we'll keep them up 
to date.
