[Click] Should ICMPPingResponder at least set the FIX_IP_SRC_ANNO?

To test Click I used ICMPPingResponder, but noticed that it simply
swaps SRC and DST IP's. This won't work at all, if the ping was to
a broadcast (like 192.168.0.255) or multicast address.

I could fix this by adding FixIPSrc element, but it does nothing
unless that FIX_IP_SRC_ANNO is set, thus my question...

...or is there some other way to get correct src into reply using
existing elements?
