Hi everyone,
We are running experiments with Roofnet on PCs. I have downloaded
click-1.8.0, and configured, make, make install it successfully. Then
I run: "./gen_config_roofnet.pl --dev wlan0 | click -" on TWO PCs. The
problem is, we cannot ping each other on the 2 PCs. We do not have
the old Atheros wireless cards, but use the new Atheros wireless cards
(802.11n supported) drived by ath9k. I am not sure if this is ok.

"/sbin/ifconfig srcr" result on PC 1:
srcr Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr
00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
          inet addr:5.167.1.211 P-t-P:5.167.1.211 Mask:255.0.0.0
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP PROMISC MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:500
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 B) TX bytes:0 (0.0 B)

On PC 2:
srcr Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr
00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
          inet addr:5.32.234.144 P-t-P:5.32.234.144 Mask:255.0.0.0
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP PROMISC MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:500
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 B) TX bytes:0 (0.0 B)

The srcr interface's HWaddr is
00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00. Is this ok?

On PC1 and PC2, I ping the other host, no response.

On PC1, "./read_handler srcr/es.bcast_stats" shows

200 Read handler 'srcr/es.bcast_stats' OK
DATA 360

"./read_handler srcr/lt.routes" shows an empty route table:

200 Read handler 'srcr/lt.routes' OK
DATA 0

On PC2, "./read_handler srcr/es.bcast_stats":

200 Read handler 'srcr/es.bcast_stats' OK
DATA 352

"./read_handler srcr/lt.routes":

200 Read handler 'srcr/lt.routes' OK
DATA 0

The questions are:
(1) Why as neighbors, PC1 and PC2 cannot ping each other?
(2) srcr/lt.routes shows no data, Is this OK?
(3) Each PC has 3 interfaces, srcr, rate and wlan0. Which one should
be used to do experiments (like COPE)?
