[Click] CPU 99.9%

Hey Vamshidhar, Roman,

1. People should not use Click 1.6 any more.

2. It might not be a bad idea to add something to the FAQ.  You have wiki 
access, and the wiki version of the FAQ is current, so that would be a good 
place to start.  I'd love to see some draft text there.
