[Click] using RatedSource to send packets

Hello,
I have got a NetFPGA card and two of its ports are connected with two
ports of an Intel card.

Running the SCONE, i am able to use it as a router, and I would like to
send IP packet with a RatedSource element of the Click to the device
eth1.

I tried to do that with a configuration consisting of a RatedSource,
with the DATA field containing the header of an IP packet and some other
random values, and sending the output with the ToDevice element.

The problem is that the SCONE router recognises those packets as LLC
packets insteads of IP packet.

I don't know if I am doing the right way, because I am not expert about
Click: my task is to generate IP packets to be sent to the device eth1,
so that I could test the behaviour of the NetFPGA router.

I would appreciate if anyone could give some suggestions.
Thank you.
