[Click] Clicky functionality

Hi Derek

In order for the handlers to work, you need to run Clicky connected to a 
running router.  When you run it like 'clicky test-clicky.click' that runs 
Clicky on a static configuration.  Try something like

click -p 28013 test-clicky.click &
clicky -p 28013
