[Click] click patches

Hi,
I was using click 1.6 on CentOS5.3 (kernel-2.6.18-128.1.10.el5PAE) in my
machine.
Am planning to upgrade the it to CentOS 5.5  (kernel-2.6.18-194.el5).
Tried to compile Click 1.6 and Click 1.8 both to install with new kernel.
But failed.
Following patches were failing on Click 1.6:
   - linux-2.6.16.13-patch

Following pathces were failed on Click 1.8:
  - linux-2.6.19.2-patch
  - linux-2.6.24.7-patch (tried separately installing the patches)


Following is the error while installing the patches:
Patch #0 (linux-2.6.16.13-patch):

1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file
include/asm-x86_64/rwlock.h.rej

Please clarify me that should I need to install the click patches provided
even though they do not match my kernel version?
