Hi,

Have a look at the following elements:

IPAddrRewriter - http://read.cs.ucla.edu/click/elements/ipaddrrewriter
IPAddrPairRewriter -
http://read.cs.ucla.edu/click/elements/ipaddrpairrewriter
IPRewriter - http://read.cs.ucla.edu/click/elements/iprewriter

Unfortunately they don't seem to offer write handlers, but it's a start at
least.
