[Click] How to list available handlers

Hi,

i feel that whis will be a silly question, but i was trying to understand
how (and if) it is possible to list all the handlers available in a running
click configuration (in user space).

I know that each element has the "handlers" handler, but i do not know how
to get the list of element in a click configuration.
