[Click] [PATCH] e1000e-0.4.1.7 click polling extension

Hey Roman

I had no problem except an issue about the order of driver installation.
I have one 82541PI (e1000) and one 82541PI (e1000e) hardware but my
82541PI device is recognized by e1000 driver as well.
So I always installed e1000e driver first and then installed e1000 driver.

Except that issue, this driver works fine with my previous
e1000-7.6.15.5 driver.
