[Click] [PATCH] e1000e-0.4.1.7 click polling extension

Thanks Joonwoo!  I will try out the driver this week.  Do you have to 
remove the e1000 from the system?  I read on the e1000 list that there 
is an issue having two modules (e1000 and e1000e) for the same device.
