Hi Kevin, all.

Thanks a lot for testing this patch for 2.6.19.2.  I coudln't test it
with 2.6.19.2 so it's very good news.
Yes, it doesn't include NAPI features but I am planing to include NAPI
stuffs in next e1000e patch.
To do that, indeed I need the other guys' help.
