[Click] [PATCH] e1000-7.6.15.5 polling driver for 2.6.24

Hi all,

As far as we can tell, the e1000-7.6.15.5 driver works fine with the
current 2.6.19.2 click patched kernel and yesterdays git tree. As
expected, it does not work with Joonwoo's previous NAPI modified click.
