I think fundamentally it would not be that different from the FromDevice
element. However, the subtlety I see is that DAG API is specific for
capturing packets in batches. And so, the element will end up having a
loop somewhere to push packets one by one. Does this need to be taken
into account for task scheduling? I noticed FromDevice picks packets one
by one.

If I find some inspiration (read time) I might be able to come up with
an implementation.
