[Click] EtherPause element

Eddie,
    It looks good.  Much cleaner header accessing code :) I am curious 
though about using timers vs. the original method I used (based on 
FastUDPSrc).  Will the timers perform just as well as the previous pull 
(basically polling) method at high packet rates?
