[Click] IPv6 and Click

Hello,
I am using strictly IPv4 and kernel level Click. I have two machines
directly connected to each other, and each runs kernel level Click.
However, I noticed that IPv6 messages (mainly neighbor discovery) do get
generated on the interfaces which run the Click polling driver. When I
run "ifconfig -a" I do notice that the interfaces have an inet6 address
assigned to them (basically based on their MAC). Does anybody know how
to disable the IPv6 on the cards without taking out IPv6 completely on
the machine? I have tried "ifconfig ethX del INET6", and it appeared to
work on one machine, but the IPv6 address reappeared on the other
machine after I have deleted it.
The extra ICMPv6 messages just mess up my counts and I would rather
have them pristine :)

Thanks,

Roman Chertov
