[Click] Add headroom keyword to FromDevice?

I think that just about any packet generating element from 'Network  
Devices' and 'Host and Socket Communication' could benefit from this.  
While i'm not sure about this being possible for the linuxmodule, we  
could at least try to improve consistency across userlevel elements.
