[Click] Small documentation bugs with FromHost and ToHost

Dear list,

We noted some small documentation bugs while looking at FromHost and  
ToHost:

FromHost has some problems in its documentation, the script supplied  
in the example does not work as FromHost has no input (so the  
ARPResponder can not send its responses). This should probably be  
solved by adding a ToHost element in the script.

The ToHost element documentation mentions a drops read handler,  
however that does not exist (anymore?).
