[Click] DelayUnqueu and DelayShaper blocking a lot

Hello Eddie,

Sorry, i am using click 1.5, and madwifi 0.9.4 in monitor mode.

I look into click 1.6 elements and i see the same code for these elements,
so i thought this behaviour might reproduce on click 1.6.

I will try to use the latest CVS version , but its not easy for me
introducing changes at the testbed i am using, because it isn't
administrated by me, and is using some type of a livecd image...
