[Click] Nsclick with click from cvs sources

Hi Georgios,

Current Click does not require the :simnet suffix.  It should suffice to 
just refer to a node's name within a Click element to get its NS-level 
IP and/or Ethernet address.  Beyers and/or Bart, can you confirm?
