[Click] Wifi support for nsclick

Hello everybody,

I have a made a patch set for the nsclick simulator to support the wifi
elements . This patch set simulates the behavior of the madwifi raw driver.

The click.patch has to be applied to click, the ns-wifi.patch of the
ns-wificomplete.patch to the ns simulator. The "complete" pat/ns-2.30/tcl/exch
has the nsclick patch integrated, while for the normal wifi patch the
nsclick has to be applied first to the ns simulator.

A short example scenario can be found in the following files:
ns/tcl/ex/nsclick-raw-wlan.tcl ns-2.30/tcl/ex/nsclick-raw-wlan.click.
