I'm trying to apply that tool to a configuration, but I get a lot of error (when the tool tries to compile). There are some header files, which don't get the absolute path, but remain with a relative one (for instance, #include "myheader.hh"). Those are not header of any elements. Do you have any hints for me? Thanks.
