[Click] Restricting linuxmodule intallation to specific devices

By default Click does not intercept packets from any interface. It
should only intercept packets from interfaces that you explicitly name
with FromDevice or PollDevice elements. Try installing a configuration
consisting of "Idle;": what happens?
