[Click] Update your Click anonymous CVS

Hello all,

If you use Click via anonymous CVS, please make sure you are using our 
current server, which has the CVSROOT:

:pserver:anonymous at read.cs.ucla.edu:22401/git/click

and not the old server, which has a CVSROOT at MIT.

To check your CVS root, change into your Click directory and run "cat 
CVS/Root".

At the end of the week the old server's CVS repository will be disabled 
(except for the historical prototypes there).
