[Click] updated gen_config_roofnet.sh

I had problems with the gen_config_roofnet.sh script, as the output of
ifconfig is different on my system (Ubuntu Feisty Fawn) than whatever John
Bicket developed the script on (Red Hat?). Included is an updated script,
that works on ubuntu. I'd like to know what OS various versions work on,
so we can attempt to provide a script that works cross-platform.
