[Click] Testing RED

I was wondering if there was a sample configuration for testing RED.  I saw test2.click, however RED doesn't actually drop any packets during this test.  I was looking for an example where RED would actually drop packets.  Help would be appreciated.   You can send to jcstille at yahoo.com or I will be checking the mailing list.
