[Click] to make FromDevice capture only external pkts

On a FreeBSD 5.4-Release, a user-level FromDevice(...,   OUTBOUND false)
doesn't seem to be working correctly with em (Intel Pro-1000) interfaces. It
always captures both externally originated and locally generated packets
even when SEESENT flag is specifically turned. Would a more up-to-date
kernel or a different NIC work? Any kind solutions or suggestions that can
make FromDevice receive only rx pkts. Thanks.
