[Click] run multiple instances

Hi Martin,

It depends on if you are running in the kernel or at user level.  The  
kernel can run at most router at a time.  But this is not a problem;  
a configuration can easily consist of two disjoint subconfigurations,  
and this is how I'd suggest you do it.
