[Click] run multiple instances

Hi Martin,

I'm not sure about your specific question, but I have run succesful tests
running both click kernel mode and click user mode at the same time on the
same box. It worked quite nicely as we were doing some high latency work on
some of the flows and also required lots of memory for processing, latency
wasn't an issue for these flows. So we moved processing for these flows off
to user level click, while click kernel mode was happily doing it's thing
with the other flows.

I dont know enough to commend on how exactly this will impact performance,
but our specific scenario it proved succesful.
