[Click] Porting elements from old click 1.2.4 to latest CVS

Hi Daniel,

Do you know what protocol is unreachable?  Without knowing the code, 
it's hard to say what changes might have caused this problem.  I've 
cc'd the pecohelp list from Colorado; maybe someone there is 
interesting in porting DSR to a Click package?
