[Click] Porting elements from old click 1.2.4 to latest CVS

Hi,

I'm trying to port DSR elements written for an old click 1.2.4 version to
the latest CVS click. The DSR source code is taken from the CU Boulder
implementation here: http://pecolab.colorado.edu. I'm running a 2.4.26
vanilla kernel with the regular click patch.

After some obvious changes, I get it to compile, but when trying to ping
between two nodes, I get ICMP packets back from the box I'm pinging that say
"unreachable protocol" (IPPrint).

Am I missing something in the router configuration file I need for the new
click? (Maybe malformed packets?)

What changes need to be made to the 'old elements' to make them compatible
with the latest click?

Is it possible that the 2.4.26 kernel has problems?
