[Click] How to draw configuration diagrams

One more question about this. Is there any GUI like LyX out there can do some WYSIWYM stuff? 

p.s. I've seen those sample mp files. Eddie, Did you write them line-by-line all manually? If so, could you recommend some tutorials you've consulted pls?
