Hi Bart,

The mkwebdoc.pl script depends on our Web documentation tree, which we don't 
have checked in to anonymous CVS.  Our template is accessible here:

http://www.pdos.lcs.mit.edu/click/doc/template

It depends on various images and CSS scripts also available on the web.  But you 
can use whatever template you like, or none at all.  Here's the simplest template:

<head>
<title>&mantitle;</title>
</head>
<body>
<!-- man2html -->
<!-- /man2html -->
</body>
</html>
