Hi Rafael,

Koen pointed out the PokeHandlers element.  Also, the DriverManager and 
ControlSocket elements can be used to access user-level handlers.  For 
documentation, the "make install-man" command will install man pages based on 
the element documentation.  "man elementdoc" to read about the format
