[Click] multi-threaded click??

Hi,

Can someone point out the differences between
multi-threaded Click and single threaded Click?

I understand that each task queue loosely corresponds
to one Click thread...is that right? 

How do I create multiple threads and specify which
elements belong to a particular thread?

Or am I totally wrong here and that multithreaded
Click is used for an SMP to do some form of load
balancing?

Please help.
