[Click] incomplete compilation

hi,

I am trying to run some of the given sample tests in /click-1.4.3/conf
directory (for example sampler.click & simple-dsdv). Since some
elements have not been compiled click is unable to find them.  Does
this mean that the installation process was not complete? Also, which
file should I use to compile the rest (i.e. click-buildtool,
click-compile,...)?
