[Click] simulating high-latency link

Hello all.
  I was googling for something to let me simulate a high-latency link,
and read this article

at infoworld that mentioned click.

  From reading the docs, it looks like I need to use DelayShaper() to
introduce the latency.  However, being a complete newbie with click,
I'm not sure how to setup the rest of the script.  Does anyone happen
to have a latency inducing example laying around that they would like
to share?
