[Click] libpcap BIOCIMMEDIATE error

Well, I noted that your BPF_FILTER argument had a stray "and".  That  
causes a parse error.  Say "ether[18:4] == 0x08", not "ether[18:4] ==  
0x08 and".  Does that help?
