Yes - if you check out the code, there are sample configurations in the
etc directory.

Yes, except it cannot manage control frames (ack, rts, cts) because of
timing issues - they are handled in card firmware.

I can't read power point, but if you write your own elements you can do
multiple ssid. But probably not bssid, because you would have to
ack packets with addresses different from the wireless cards' mac
address.

Not right now, you can only use atheros based cards that the normal
madwifi driver works on.
