[Click] FreeBSD kernel support for Click resurrected

A preliminary code for running Click as a module inside a FreeBSD kernel 
is now in the main CVS tree.  

To enable the compilation of the loadable kernel module, include the 
--enable-bsdmodule option when running "configure" before compiling the 
sources.  The module will work on FreeBSD 4.10 systems only (-CURRENT 
is not supported).

This is still quite an immature code, yet it should be sufficiently 
stable and usable for testing, so pls. don't hesitate to bug me with 
any questions or problem reports if you decide to give FreeBSD a try...
