[Click] time out login in cvs server

Hi,
My name is Antonio Gonzalez and I'm developing
mobile IP under click. I'm trying to use ns-2 
to simulate that but I had some problems getting 
the version of click with ns.

I'm trying to download the cvs version of click but
I allways recive the message of time out conecting
to the serve.

Is the server down?
Can I get the cvs version ussing other ways?
That's because I need the version of click with ns,
and I think that the only version that has ns is 
the cvs version.

Please I need help.
