[Click] error when run the dsdv/dsr

hello everyone:
   I installed GridClick as follows and try to run dadv/dsr, but some errors occurs:
      1.Install redhat 9.0
      2.Patch and recompile the linux-2.4.18
      3.Download and install the gridclick with the help of  "http://www.pdos.lcs.mit.edu/grid/software.html" 
      4.Try to run the dsdv/dsr:

[root at localhost /]# /usr/src/click/conf/make-dsdv-config.pl -i eth1 -a 192.168.0.2 -u >/usr/src/click/userlevel/tmp/dsdv2.click
make-dsdv-config.pl: Using ethernet address 00:30:AB:16:50:7A
[root at localhost /]# /usr/src/click/userlevel/tmp/dsdv2.click
bash: /usr/src/click/userlevel/tmp/dsdv2.click: È¨ÏÞ²»¹» (not enough rules)
[root at localhost /]# /usr/src/click/conf/make-dsr-config.pl -i eth1 -a 192.168.0.2 -u >/usr/src/click/userlevel/tmp/dsr2.click
make-dsr-config.pl: Can't use TX feedback at userlevel
