[Click] Mobile IPv6

Hi Roberto,

First off click-1.2.4 is quite old, we no longer support it.

Second off, people on this list have extensive experience with wireless IPv4, 
but I don't believe anyone has done Mobile IP, v4 or v6, in Click yet.  We'd 
love to accept code for Mobile IP.
