[Click] compiling click with grid

Hi,

I've been trying to compile click (CVS) with grid enabled for the entire
afternoon, without having any success. There's a lot of compile errors there
and I can get some away, but not all of them. In the end I just get that
there is a syntax error at the end of dsrroutetable.cc. I've moved all the
dsr related stuff to another directory, since I'm mostly interested in the
dsdv implementation, but then there were problems with bighashmap.cc.

Has anybody gotten this code to work? I could really use some help here. I'm
trying to implement a Hierarchical routing protocol and I want to build it
on top of DSDV and it would be easy if I could reuse the available code.
